The Singapore Leadership Development Congress 2010 is a 3-day
event designed to further develop Singapore leaders in business,
government and education to continue to grow Singapore’s position as
centre for regional excellence in leadership, management and education.
The event is to be held on the 12, 13 and 16 April 2010. It is to be held at the DBS Auditorium, Shenton Way, Singapore and is organised and hosted by Walk Your Talk Media LLC. Walk Your Talk Media
also publishes Singapore’s very own executive effectiveness and
professional development magazine Walk Your Talk for leaders,
professionals, educators and trainers.
Walk Your Talk Media LLC is organising a 3-day event named "Singapore Leadership Development Congress 2010".
Speakers at the event are a selection of Business Leaders, Academics,
and Professional Speakers from Singapore, UK, USA, Australia, New
Zealand, India and Japan.
Content delivered at the event is
consistent with the theme of Leadership Development and covers aspects
of leadership development including strategy, execution, people
development and management and board level dynamics, as well as
combining long-term thought leadership with short- to mid-term tactics
to navigate current uncertainties, psychologies and business realities.
Speakers touch on micro-preneurialism, innovation, social networking
for corporate as well as leadership decision making and team building.
Day 1 (Monday 12 April 2010) focuses on Leadership Excellence.
Day 2 (Tuesday 13 April 2010) focuses on Business Growth.
These two days target business, government and organisational
leadership development for participants in Leadership, Management or
Directorial roles. Day 1 is strategic, structural and visionary. Day 2
is tactical and operational. Both days focuses on Leadership
Development.
Day 3 (Friday 16 April 2010) focuses on Innovative Education.
This day targets Educators and Trainers from schools, colleges,
universities, private institutions, and organisations. The focus is on
Leadership Development of their teams and of their students or
participants, and includes speakers who educate educators, who have
developed a new generation of e-learning courses, who deliver assembly
programmes for students at schools and colleges, and who inspire
innovative education. With these 3 days, the Singapore Leadership Development Congress 2010
delivers ideas to implement and actions to execute for leaders looking
beyond the visible horizon and making long-term decisions for their
organisation, to leaders who are making immediate to mid-term strategic
and operational decisions, to those who are educating and training the
leaders of tomorrow.
